The original anatomical heart pendant, 1"x .75" in oxidized black solid sterling silver, hand carved cast and finished. The pendant hangs on a substantial 2.1mm 20" long silver rolo chain with swivel lobster closure. A tag at the end of the chain bares the makers mark PS 925.
