Sunstone Tentacle Necklace

This fascinating necklace was handcrafted by the artist using a perfectly coiled tentacle from a small antique octopus specimen. The tentacle showcases an absolutely mesmerizing gem-quality 8mm flower-cut sunstone with a fantastic brilliance, scintillation and range of hues in a 4-prong setting. The colors in the gem range from pale sherbet to deep peach and rose with flashes of straw yellow and cream, an effect of the gem's flower-cut pavilion. The pendant hangs on a sturdy 1.5mm, 18" cable chain with a lobster closure, and bares a tag with the makers marks PS 925. The tentacle was entirely carved cast and finished in solid recycled silver containing no nickel or impurities by the artist. Only one available.
