Detailed small solid silver anatomical heart necklace on a 1.5mm 18" cable chain. The pendant is 1/3"x 1/4"x 3/4" and was entirely hand-carved, cast and finished by the artist. It is tagged with the makers mark, PS 925. Available in black, polished and carnation pink silver.
