Custom Anatomical Lung Locket in 24k Gold Vermeil. Vermeil is solid 925 silver with a heavy electroplated layer of fine gold. This locket will be set with a 2mm round brilliant cut ruby. The lung locket is entirely handcrafted and will take up to 3 months to complete.
The anatomical lung locket opens to reveal hand-engraved bronchial passages. It hangs on a gold vermeil 18", 2.3mm rolo chain with lobster swivel clasp. The lungs open on two hand crafted hinges with secure snaps and can be worn closed or open. Lung dimensions: 4cm × .5cm x 3.3 cm. The anatomical lung locket is made of solid nickel-free silver electroplated in-house by the artist and bares the makers marks PS 925.
