The original anatomical lung locket opens to reveal hand-engraved bronchial passages. It is entirely handcrafted in solid recycled .925 sterling silver. Antique finishing and double-polishing enhance the fine detail of this piece of anatomical art, which hangs on an oxidized 20", 2.3mm silver rolo chain with silver lobster swivel clasp. The lungs open on two hand crafted hinges with secure snaps and it can be worn closed or open. Lung dimensions: 4cm × .5cm x 3.3 cm. The anatomical lung locket is made of solid nickel-free silver and bares the makers marks PS 925.
